Because many of our items are organic, combustible, or intended for sensitive spiritual work, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all practitioners in our community.
Returns of Unused Items
We accept returns only on items that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Timeline: You must initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery.
Exclusions: Due to the nature of spiritual work and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened herbs, oils, resins, "Goofer Dust," or any bespoke/cleansed ritual tools once the original seal has been broken.
Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Etheric Sanctum is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit back to our facility.
Exchanges for Defective Goods
We strive for excellence, but we recognize that transit can occasionally be harsh. We offer exchanges only on products that arrive defective or damaged.
Visual Verification: To qualify for an exchange, you must provide clear photo documentation of the defect and the packaging within 48 hours of receipt. Please email these images along with your order number to our support team.
Process: Once your claim is verified and the defective item is returned to us (if requested), we will ship your replacement.
Shipping Costs
Initial Return/Exchange: The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the Sanctum.
Redelivery: Once we have received and inspected your returned item or verified a defect, Etheric Sanctum will cover the cost of shipping the exchange or replacement item back to you free of charge.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that "spiritual results" or "metaphysical dissatisfaction" are not valid grounds for a return or exchange. Our tools are provided as components for your own practice; the efficacy of the work lies with the practitioner.
